With no added sugars, artificial flavourings or colourings, this food supplement provides an alternative to sugary yoghurts and yoghurt drinks containing live cultures. In fact, it provides the equivalent of 40 tubs of probiotic yoghurt, but without the added sugar, fat and calories!

This multi-strain live culture combination has been specifically manufactured to be heat-resistant and, as such, does not require refrigeration, which makes it perfect for travel. It is also micro-encapsulated for acid-resistance and is able to withstand stomach acid, helping the live bacteria to reach the colon alive and in optimal condition and therefore able to colonise in the digestive tract.

While ProBio MAX has not been produced with the primary purpose of being used as a 'starter culture' to make yoghurt or soured milk, as you can see from this photo, we have successfully made yoghurt from it.
