This multi-strain live culture combination has been specifically manufactured to be heat-resistant and, as such, does not require refrigeration, which makes it perfect for travel. It is also micro-encapsulated for acid-resistance and is able to withstand stomach acid, helping the live bacteria to reach the colon alive and in optimal condition and therefore able to colonise in the digestive tract.

While Multi-Flora ProBio has not been produced with the primary purpose of being used as a 'starter culture' to make yoghurt or soured milk, as you can see from this photo, we have successfully made yoghurt from it.
